Terms of Service

BandSeek is an independent app that helps musicians and bands find one another. By creating an account you agree to use the service lawfully and to treat other members with respect. You must be at least 18 years old to use BandSeek.

You are responsible for the content you add — your profile, your bands, the photos you upload, and the messages you send. Only post content you have the right to share, and don't upload anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, or that infringes someone else's rights. You keep ownership of your content; you grant BandSeek the limited license needed to store and display it inside the app so other members can discover you.

BandSeek has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You can report any post, band, profile, or message, and block anyone, from inside the app. We review reports within 24 hours and may remove content and suspend or remove accounts that abuse the platform, harass others, or violate these terms. BandSeek is provided "as is," without warranties. Any bands, gigs, payments, or agreements you arrange with other members are strictly between you and them — BandSeek is not a party to them and is not liable for how they turn out.
